What Should I Do on a Rest Day?
A rest day is meant to not push yourself to the absolute limits. Get out for a walk or for a bite, cry. Do what every one t do. But like, you should not be pushing balls to the walls seven days a week. And that's why i think people don't really understand the concept of over quantity quantity. More isn't better. Better is better. In practicality, we'll see progress back every time. So on a rest day, just go for a walk and keep your heart low but allow your body to recover.
