Is This a Pandemic?

We really don't have a play book for this stuff. I mean, at watching china respond to this, you can't help but imagine how the us would respond if the same thing were happening on our soil. So there are some things where your jaw just drops at the utter efficiency and the decisive ness with which this country is responding. And then the second point, it is really brought into sharp relief the huge divide between rich and poor countries,. But at least they're equipped, they have the resources to respond. If this were happening in a much poorer cont i mean, the outcome would be very, sooscary.
