Is Infrastructure Power and Inequality Tiered Together?
The National Bridge inventory has the under clearance heights of any bridge that's longer than 10 feet in the United States. New York has systematically lowered clearances, even cities with a very similar infrastructure profile like Boston and Robert Callahan. And so we can't necessarily argue the mechanisms of winter that there's a discriminatory intent but we definitely see potentially some kind of segregation or divide.
