Is There a New Ballpark in Maricopa County?

I think Kendrick has kind of shown over the years that when there's a chance he'll spend a little bit more than then maybe he would otherwise. I definitely think that there's been some more money next winter as well. Ken Kendrick and Derek Hall spoke about the ballpark situation last week. They said that there's still some interested parties in in building them a new ballpark in Maricopa County. It kind of just feels to me like the most likely outcome would be renovating and refurbishing chase field, kicking in this tax district entertainment. What's it called? Some sort of district that they can they can kick in this tax that would only be for people at the ballpark.
