This just fits. They were trying to get away from paparazzi. They made a call. Do you know how many people are in accidents every day because they make a call? And the other problem here is is that they weren't wearing their seat belts. Why isn't the conspiracy that MI6 got the driver drunk and then sit him on their way? Like that would make way more sense. Instead of saying the driver wasn't drunk and there was this whole orchestration to do this thing, it's like, why don't you just admit the driver was drunk and then change the theory?"
