The Phantom Killer and Peggy Tennyson

All of these victims back to the Paramount theater where Tennyson worked. The details in his note I think are very very interesting by naming two of his victims and where they died. There's so many links to him and how he would know these people that it's very curious. A book was recently written called The Phantom Killer unlocking the mystery of the Texarkana serial murders.
