How Do You Balance Your Day to Day?

At the highest level, i'm trying to balance two things, build a great business, and build a great product. As i've become more senior, my role unfortunately takes me further away from the day to day detail of actually building the product. I find myself doing more general management im pieces of it, t le have the right team, to have the right strategy m which i do enjoy. Like i love to be down tinkeringn in the product itself.
