The Importance of Idealism in Art Education

Seth Godin: I had a really positive experience reading Schiller in the context of some other things that I'm thinking about. He says somewhere that idealism is not the goal, but the motivation or the grounds, the possibility. So there's a different dimension to this that I think is really interesting. And like you said, it anticipates a number of things that we see in the future, not just Friedrich Nietzsche.
