Calipatria Prison

Calipatria was known as a money prison where drugs were just as pervasive as unchecked violence. Reggie had seen dozens of inmates smuggle crack and heroine around the prison. They would put the drugs inside balloons before inserting them into their bodies. And all this was part of the drug empire that was ruled by el diablo, or the devil. Even the guards recognized his power as calipatria's shot collar,. allowing him to wear a bright orange dew rag wrapped around his head out in the prison yard under the general protection of his new gang members.
