Part of the responsibility is on you as the person in the job, but then part of it is on h r and the organization to make it happen. How do you view that split of responsibility? I think it's really observations go i think itis. So i think that in terms of creating c compelling, exciting work, it's beholden on the individual to bring some of themselves to the workplace.
