The President's Mind Was Made Up

President Trump's campaign manager, Bill Steppian, House Republican leader Kevin McCarthy, and Jared Kushner had advised Donald Trump to encourage mail-in voting by Republicans. In certain states, ballots cast by mail before election day would be counted only after the polls closed that evening. President Trump did not do so.
