The Process for Uncovering PBM Relationships

It was really hard because consulting firms obviously are not going to be advertising that they get these fees from PBMs. So it took a lot of convincing people to talk about it. And we also uncovered some court filings and documents that kind of confirmed that at least some instances brokers are getting paid bonuses to steer employers towards certain PBM.
