The patient is a febral, her vital signs were normal. She has no oral lesions. And then this mass that she had noted as sort of the right anterior cervical chain, it's very tender. It is about four centimeters or so. Otherwise no other concerning changes on exam. There is some concern for lymphoma and actually her PCP had set her up to get a CT neck. So she had a scan and it showed sort of diffuse right-sided cervical and notpathy That correlated to what we saw on the exam. But there is an irregular sort of complex of nodes that's about four by five by three centimeters.
