The Cinematography of American Reality TV

There's just so many movie references that it's tempting to try and read into them as clues about what's going on. There were a lot of David Lynch references in the most recent season, which I think maybe was more about the kind of like weirdness of the American desert necessarily than anything else. That's, we can maybe debate that at some point, but. And again, this was early bonding for my girlfriend and watching that season in Greece and being like, we want to get a grease together.
