How to Get the Most Consistency in Your Training

Keep your process realistic and keep it incremental. Repeat ability in training is really important, because that's going to lead you to the most consistency. Create and build your life and construct around that,. And then keep those spaces as as holy and separate as possible. For me, because of my life structure, that looks like five 30 a m runs at five 30 or six am runs at least three times a week - sometimes more than that. That's where it fits on the days that matter. But what you want to do is create rerepeatability in your routine.
