Food Market - Why Was It So Popular?

i was really good at making pasta. I made posta every day for ten years. And so i thought, well, what if i cut out all the parts of having a restaurant that i hate? So we had these friends who had a m commercial kitchen that was empty a lot of evenings and they let me use it. It became this like, on line market place where you could preorder and prepay for your food and then come and pick up your stuff,. Then very quickly it grew from just posta to an sausages, to poston sausages and cookies.
