The Benefits of Shorter Leases

Whitestone's largest tenant is just a little over 2% of revenue and we have about 1,500 tenants in 5 million square feet. We believe that shorter leases allow us to be active in both good and bad times. One of the things that Whitestone has always embraced is diversifying our risk. Restaurants is our biggest category as far as a percent of our base rent.
