Is the GDPR Too Much to Bear?
We're already seeing that sort of response from some sites in response to the GDPR, including a number of different newspaper sites in the US. Having somebody in country gives government a really particular way to try to work with a worse or encourage action out of an Internet company. And so it's kind of interesting to realize like, you know, 2018, maybe 2019, this goes live and we're still having exactly the same questions about online jurisdiction.
