I went to a power monkey fitness camp a few weeks ago and these guys have taken the crossfit message back to a level of expertise in gymnastics and Olympic style lifting. What I would say is a demonstration of power and lifting. And Dave Durrani invited me over there, Olympic level gymnast with his partner, who's an Olympic level lifter,. They brought it back because I honestly think that teaching good fundamental technique once mobility is present is all the stability you need. You just got to have that gradient.
