How Do You Communicate Through Relating?

i'm sure i met more than a thousand times, one on one with a member of congress. I learned early on that that's really important if you're going to be connecting with people. You got to watch them. And i brought that with me as a teacher of medical students at michigan back before i became a federal employee. There was almost always something that was unknown to them, that actually had a lot of connection with what they were talking about. We probably all looking for that.
