The Importance of Just Transition to a Greener Economy

I think the world has acknowledged that just decarbonizing is not really going to be practical in the transition to net zero. Decarbonizing is one element of the equation. If you do not move the socio-economic needle, then the world faces massive challenges. Just transition therefore is an essential part of getting to net zero as well as a moral imperative. And if we don't do that, I think the impacts to society both sort of regionally but also globally are going to be massive.
