German Rents - Are You a German Investor?

Germans have a culture of renting because they haven't felt the need for home ownership. But corporate landlords, if we call them our investor funds, took over more and more of the properties they own. They've essentially done is massively increased the rent sho rents have increased by around 85 % in the last ten years. And so what's happened over the last couple of years is that the tenants in berlin have got organized. So they've started, or they had protests. The local council in berlin implemented a five year frieze on rents. A court of germany overruled that and said was unconstitutional.
