The state theory of money and the credit theory of money, which dove till together, etc. These first things, it's abhorrent. Once you start giving, you put the state up front and center. The whole idea that the private sector invents it, and then the state comes along as an evil force later on disappears in a puff of logic. It all makes sense in their crazy mythical upside down world.
