What I've Learned in Middle School

The idea is to support your child in doing something impressive from an adult perspective. So when they're in middle school, often it's just fun, cuty things. But gradually we minter them so that the projects are bigger, more substantial in scope and more real world. I've had a student who did a three day music festival here in austen as a sophomore. He wa booking bands, booking venues, making about eight thousand bucks that year. And this kind of thing is actually really impressive for college admissions. We do some project base learning but our ultimate goal is adult level professional competence by 18 years old or better.
