There are a lot of beneficial, bioactive compounds and a variety of different foods that it would be ideal to get them from, from whole foods. One of the biggest criticisms i see with a all type itemans as people be like, do look at this study? Total waste of money. I mean, agree with that. It's kind of why i frame it as an insurance policy. Cause, like, you know, i've got health insurance, but,you know, i'm not going too crazy. Ain't, like, i don't want to need it.
