Having a mentor, whether that's professionally or having someone you can look to in college, I feel like it's so important. And lucky for me, my mom is the strongest woman of my life for sure. She was definitely there to kind of support me. But I also sought out other individuals that were in civil engineering or even just in engineering in general. Just because I'm a female,. I feel like we all have something great to offer in terms of just our thinking process and our backgrounds and everything.
