Decisions in the Emergency Department

It's always the system one decisions that might have a different outcome. The report highlights that this is not the only thing ing that makes you an expert. Years of experience do not necessarily mean someone is an expert, but it can contribute to the development of experts deep in it. There's something a little bit messing from this report that i can't quite put my finger on, but maybe we'll uncover it as we we continued to talk.
