I don't think any company, any boss ever wants to lay people off. But I'm sure that there is probably some of that where they say, listen, you know, we have to get rid of a few people because we did go through this ridiculous surge in hiring. What goes up must come down. And it could be because they need to streamline their operations or look into the future and say, Okay, if we do hit a rocky economy,. Do we have too many people for the amount of work that will have? It doesn't seem as bad as it's made out to look.
