The Importance of Catholic Commons Spaces
Philip Rice: John Allen suggests that we should carve out spaces where Catholics of differing outlooks and temperaments can meet one another. He calls it a Catholic Commons space. Rice: If we could pull it off, I think that would be a wonderful idea to bring Catholics together personally, face to face.
