Seaweed grown in conjunction with mussels and other shell fish. It's often known polyculture, or integrated multi trophic acriculture. And you tend to have a symbiotic relationship where the waste produced by the shellfish are basically absorbed through into the seaweed. So not only would you be producing kind of a plant in the sea, maybe a do youre also producing this kind of meat substitute,. Or i gess it wile it is meat, because e muscles are animals, just hopefully not conscious.
