Chapter 11 Restructuring - What's the Other One?
A story leaked this week that said, against the advice of their lawyers, they're hesitating to file chapter 11. A f t x apparently looked at the deal and and didn't go forward on it. I don't know if there's really a going concern there at the end of the day though.
