Bryan: Knowing how long the ramp is expected to be when you come into a new company, like it might supposed to be it a month or two months, ber company, like six months. Lri: I was so nervous i was going to break facebook. Bryan: Once that clicke, i got into the groove of things. And i don't know, i guess remote is here to stay, but i really hope that the remote on boarding part will start to go away and we'll have more people being flown out to meet the team in that first week or two.
