I think it's an epidemic. We have all these areas of the country now that have been seriously affected by the weather changes and buildings are just not built to withstand these heavy rains. So even people that think that they've gotten through these storms unscathed, a lot of times I end up seeing them six months, a year or two afterwards because they've had the mold growing and accumulating in their buildings. And then any building that has a basement or a crawl space can also be highly susceptible.
