David Frum: I think there are definitely professors who are teaching grad level seminars who occasionally feel like frauds. In these institutions the professor knows more, or the lecturer knows more than the students so you're there to learn. You can balance that experience with an institutional role or institutional influence. It's a strange shift but it's a power dynamic.
