i love to think about the culture of the company. What i would look for in addition to the managers, cause managers are really important. You've got to be in a place where culture is strong. I stayed at two companies for 19 years, cause i did like the culture. And then thing s you got to believe in what you're selling an if you're not ge to get excited about your product or service it can be hard to be successful as well.
