Is There Virtue in Anxiety?
There's this real belief, valery, that when i have a thought, and that thought is the lines of something that i really don't want to do in my life or that it's very righteous for me to reject myself. The problem is it starts to become a downward spiral where the thoughts persists. Cause the way the brain is wired is the brain is very attractive to novelty and that which is forbidden. And what i'm getting is, i'm getting that rigid side of things, right? I'm getting that like, noe, you need to stay safe over here, because that's how you stay safe, and that’s how you stay righteous.
