How to Build a Successful Team
Roy Vont: The whole point of the model is to preserve the elements of entrepreneurial nimble scrappy startup culture while still doing that at scale. For example, in our case, the biggest one that we really invest in is technology that small companies generally don't have enough resources to invest in for themselves. And so over the long run, even as we do become a large cap pharma company one day, it will be hopefully by preserving some of the elements of an nimble entrepreneurial biotech, even at large scale as well.
