Daniel Altschuler: What does it mean to be human? That's a good question. Well, in effect, my book has a philosophical approach. And I was really spent a lot of time thinking about what is consciousness and can our machines ever be conscious? Can they ever be sentient? He says that conversation is coming up faster than any of us imagine right now with machine learning or AI.

What does it mean to be human when your colleague's a bot? Can AI ever truly understand us?
