We test to find out where we're at, what are our weaknesses and strength. Everybody has a different strength and weakness tat hat could need a little bit of tweaking here and there,. up and down. The human body doesn't want to put itself under pressure so it's very happy doing stuff that's easy. If you continue to do the same thing, you get very good at that. But generally, the intensity has to be appropriate for for not something t t you can do just fora a block of, you know, three or four weeks. And i guess the general processes will start with everything that's really broad, like, what's going to make me fitter than
