The Differences Between Sensitivity and Celiac Disease
There are a number of different diagnostic tools that can be used to discern these kinds of differences because some people have an allergy. Some people have a sensitivity and some people have what's called an intolerance, although those three terms are oftentimes used interchangeably among doctors who aren't really all that much experts in the differences. A delayed allergy can create low-grade inflammation but is relatively asymptomatic so it festers over time. All that is testable that you can actually run lab tests to measure: IgG, IgM or IgA.
