The Crutch Words

I think everyone's always a harsher judge of themselves. I will listen back to the podcast sometimes and i will hear myself use so many crutch words, and i will die inside about how inarticulate i sound. The crutch words thing is real, though, that i still notice and cringe at. But noi i often just think i have such brilliant insights in my head, and i justli can't get them out when i'm talking. Well, whereis when i'm writing something, i'm much more of an articulate writer.
