Stwith row was a seven to two decision, so it wasn't even close in 19 73. Five of those seven justices were republican appointed justice blackman who was put on the court by richard nixon. It's also important note that prescott bush, who was the father of george h w, was the a treasurer for plan parent hood. So what we see to day is a very much set apart. It's a kind of fringe, kind of partisanship ideology that we see and it's a very well oiled machine.
