The Antidote to the Goal's Being Too Difficult
If a goal is too difficult, the correction is to lower the bar. The dopomin receptor in our brain, the neuro chemical that controls motivation, they love little victories. Dopomin firing keeps us coming back for more. Without little victories, we tend to fall into apathy and burn out.
