Raising the Underwear to the Flag Pole

In our common sense, kind of, it would be illegal to tie someone naked to a poll at any age. If i was a conservative who, you know, there's like the conservative, like, defense of childhood bullying that like, toughen you up and stuff, even they who don't get bullied enough these days, tied naked to a pole? That's like a sexual harassment.
