Is There a Mental Health Paradox?

Stress was up, depression anxiety up. Physical activity was down. So people wanted to work out to improve their mental health but their mental health was getting in the way so they felt too stressed or anxious to do it. When exercise is prescribed, it's prescribed in the way that we prescribe for physical health. And you can get by with much less for mental health. Just break up your sedentary time as a starting point.
