Patrice is a therapist. She did not struggle with her weight until age fifty, when the cycle of diet programs began. She would lose, then gain. By January of 2020, Patrice had reached her highest weight of 197 pounds. A friend shared intermittent fasting, along with Gin’s books and podcasts. Patrice just knew that IF was the answer.
Two years later, she has lost 62 pounds. Patrice has less inflammation, her skin has cleared, she has loads of energy, and her “diet brain” is gone. IF is something she now does for her health and the freedom it brings.
