A Very Common and Effective Defense Strategy
The defence is able to walk into court and say to a jury in closing argument, everything the prosecution said is right. They got it, all right? Everything they said is true. Guess why? It's not enough, because they didn't prove x right. That may seem like a technicality, but it's something we actually see as a pretty common defense strategy. Ratemen: If you're relying on the popular press to make a legal case almost always get it wrong.
