Gobekli Tepey - A Time Capsule
Gobekli Tepey was built by people who were only hunter-gatherers. They weren't settled agricultural community but they created this incredible structure, the largest monumental structure on Earth. In the process of creating it, they became agriculturalists. But the structure came first, the agriculture came second. And then they buried it like a time capsule. It spells out the date of 12,800 years ago when the cataclysm began. That's the beginning of our modern age effectively.
