Recovery isn't just about the training stress you put on. It's about the mentality. The aspects of training that you put in are going to be greatly affected by your work, your family, your social life,. Your sleep, your nutrition. All these other things are going to impact that. As we go through and we look at our athletes, we need to remember that they're professional and they're going to be able to do something else. That's really what we want out of our training as a whole. We're not just looking to build athletes that are going to go out and crush it and get off their bikes or get out of triathlon for the rest of their lives
