The German Question: Will Germany Move Back to Power Politics?

The dividends of peace are over. We have to... to be armed, obviously. So you think in our both times, there will be German munitions factories once again. You know, the Volkswagen and Mercedes factories will be repurposed towards building tanks or drones ... There'll be factories in France producing weapons. Do you think that is going to happen? Oh, yes. The question mark is whether the Germans want it. And so far, beyond words, obviously, the Germans are very uncomfortable with this idea.
